Olive Oil, Vinegar & Vodka-Featuring Local Maker Deep Eddy Vodka: Bee Cave

Join us for our next collaboration class with local maker Deep Eddy Vodka! Ben Saey will be back to demonstrate each refreshing cocktail below! Ben has a strong passion to create beautiful cocktails from unique ingredients and has been doing so for many years. Throughout the evening you will try different cocktails featuring our oils and vinegars and the different flavors of Deep Eddy Vodka! Participants can also learn how each of the flavors are produced at the distillery. Ben will guide you through a demonstration of four to five cocktail pairings accompanied by an artisan pasta dish, spinach/arugula salad, spanish olives, marcona almonds and artisan bread. Class will begin promptly at 6:30pm and should wrap up by 8pm. After the class you'll have time to finish snacking and mingle with Ben and the olive oil tasters and grab any oils & vinegars to take home for your own mixology class!
