The free event, set to be a traveling tasting experience, will start at the Village Builders model home at 602 Sweet Grass Lane in Lakeway. Visitors will taste and sip their way through four courses with light bites created by local chefs and culinary artists paired with four different wine varieties at each model home. As an added incentive, those who attend the event and subsequently purchase a home at Serene Hills will also receive three years’ exemption from HOA dues. Guests will visit four exclusive model homes and receive food-and-wine pairings prepared by Austin chefs and culinary artists at each residence.
