Valentines cooking class with Friends

Share your love for good food with our special Valentines Cooking Class! Come with a friend, a co-worker, or your sweetheart to cook up an elegant Italian meal that is beautiful and healthy! The class is on February 5th, so still gives you time to prepare the same meal at home on Valentine's Day! The menu says it all: Wild Mushroom Risotto with Fresh Thyme; Insalata Mista with Dried Figs, Kumquat, Pecans, and Pomegranate Vinaigrette; and Dark Chocolate Olive Oil Cake with Sicilian Pistachio Ganache (gluten and dairy-free).   The class will provide light snacks of Marcona almonds and olives, and wine can be purchased for an additional fee. Tickets are nonrefundable and will be emailed with your emailed purchase receipt.
