WorkSTEPS Employer Symposium

We are delighted to invite our valued clients and friends to our “Anatomy of Worker Well-Being: Must-Know Occupational Health, Work Injury Prevention, and Safety Best Practices.” Our program will be conducted on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Lakeway Resort and Spa. A quick snapshot below provides just a glimpse of the educational opportunity we have lined up: Keynote Speaker | Richard Pimentel Mr. Pimentel is a nationally renowned expert and sought out speaker on disability management, job recruitment and retention, and ADA. Distinguished Guest Speaker | Judge Scott A. Blaney Maricopa County Superior Court Enjoy our always popular “rapid fire” format presenting the latest legal updates on disabilities, leave, government agencies such as EEOC, OFCCP and OSHA as well as a Supreme Court Round-Up. The program will begin at 9:00am and we will be finished by 4:45pm. A light breakfast and hearty lunch will be provided. In the evening we will be hosting a fun cocktail, at which time you can mingle and learn about our new WorkSTEPS Work Assist Foundation. You don't want to miss this! The program has been approved for 6.0 HR (general) credits towards aPHR™, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ recertification through the HR certification Institute. Additionally, this program is valid for 6.0 PDCs toward SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP recertification. WorkSTEPS would like to thank TX SHRM for their assistance in seeking accreditations for our program.
