XANADU
The TexARTS Professional Series presents the Broadway hit musical Xanadu, based on the 1980 Olivia Newton-John and Gene Kelly cult classic film. This hilarious story is very simple; a muse comes to Earth and inspires an artist to open a roller disco! Seriously. Featuring a cast of lunatics and the music of the Electric Light Orchestra and Olivia Newton-John, Xanadu is one of the giddiest, silliest, sweetest stage musicals you could ever hope to see. Xanadu opens February 15 and runs through March 3, 2019 at the Kam & James Morris Theatre in Lakeway. Jarret Mallon and Kimberly Schafer, the dynamic duo that previously staged TexARTS’ All Shook Up, will be teaming up again as director and choreographer. Joined by Lyn Koenning as music director, this show is sure to entertain! The cast features Mandy Foster, Daniel Drewes, Huck Huckaby, Amy Nichols, Megan Richards Wright, Jessica O'Brien, Emily Villarreal and Jonathan A. Contreras.

Venue?? All performances will be held at the intimate Kam & James Morris Theatre at TexARTS’ Erin Doherty Studios, 2300 Lohman's Spur, Suite #160, Lakeway, TX. The lounge opens one hour prior to curtain and offers beer, wine and light snacks. Parking is free.
